Brixmåling princip
Vaisala Inline Brixmåling er en avanceret teknologi, der anvendes til at måle koncentrationen af opløste stoffer i en væske, specifikt i forhold til sukkerindholdet. Brix er en enhed, der anvendes til at måle sukkerkoncentrationen i væsker som juice, sirup, vin og andre produkter.
Sensoren anvender refraktometri til at måle brydningsindekset af væsken, hvorfra brix-niveauet kan bestemmes. Ved at analysere ændringer i brydningsindekset i realtid kan Vaisala Inline Brixmålingssystemet levere nøjagtige og pålidelige målinger af sukkerkoncentrationen i produktstrømmen.
